WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - ORDER PICKER

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Associate Order Picker to join our fast-paced warehouse team. This role focuses on accurately pulling, preparing, and processing OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) orders for shipment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a warehouse environment, ensuring timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory handling, and safe loading/unloading of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and pull OEM parts and materials according to customer orders using inventory management systems or printed pick tickets.

Package and label OEM orders for shipment, ensuring they are complete and ready for delivery.

Place completed orders in the designated staging area for loading.

Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks, verifying incoming shipments for accuracy.

Maintain proper stock placement and inventory control by restocking and organizing warehouse shelving.

Perform regular quality checks to confirm order accuracy before shipment.

Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely; forklift experience preferred.

Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or safety concerns to warehouse supervisors promptly.

Follow all OSHA guidelines and warehouse safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members and work independently to meet daily productivity goals.

Perform general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
