React Lead: The React Lead is responsible for leading a team to develop highperformance web applications using Reactjs This role involves collaborating with crossfunctional teams ensuring code quality and mentoring junior developers Key responsibilities include
Lead the development of web applications using Reactjs
Collaborate with UXUI designers product managers and backend developers
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
Develop scalable and maintainable code
Mentor and guide junior developers
Participate in architecture design and technical decisionmaking
Ensure the application meets high performance and security standards
Required Skills Qualifications
5 years of experience in web development
3 years of experience with Reactjs
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong understanding of JavaScript HTML and CSS
Experience with modern frontend build pipelines and tools
Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
