Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator and Quality Control professional to join our team. This role involves operating and troubleshooting machines, ensuring quality control in food production processes, and contributing to a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

Participate in team meetings every morning to receive assigned duties.

Operate and troubleshoot machines efficiently.

Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.

Assist in batch mixing as needed.

Complete all other tasks as assigned.Essential Skills

Experience in food manufacturing.

Proficiency in machine operating or mixing/blending in a food setting.

Ability to read and interpret instructions in English.

Good interpersonal skills.

Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE), including hair and beard nets.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment

The work environment consists of a second and third shift schedule, with hours from 2 pm to 10 pm and 10 pm to 6 am, respectively, Monday through Friday. Employees are required to adhere to safety protocols, including wearing PPE such as hair and beard nets. The role is based in Fairfield, OH, and offers a supportive and growth-oriented atmosphere.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
