Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for CNC Operator openings in Forest Lake, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals with at least 2 years of CNC experience who are eager to grow their skills and train alongside a CNC Programmer.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $22.00

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision parts

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders

Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines

Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operation experience

Familiarity with CNC mills and lathes

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Willingness to learn and train with a CNC Programmer

Drug screen required (no background check required)
