Salary: $18/hour DOE + $150/month bonus + $20 per appointment kept

As a Business Development Rep, youll play a pivotal role in driving our business expansion. In a nutshell, youll play a crucial part in assisting businesses throughout the Western, Southern, and Midwestern U.S. regions with staffing challenges and connecting them to hiring solutions.
Your ability to reach goals will be the linchpin for our Development Team. Youll help strengthen their relationship-building skills during those all-important first calls to forge successful connections with business leaders.

The day of a Business Development Representative consists of:
Making phone calls to prospective clients
Setting appointments with hiring managers and company decision-makers
Scheduling appointments through Outlook and Microsoft Booking
Use CRM to manage pipeline
Researching Ascend Staffing local markets and launching email and phone call campaigns
Business Development RepRequirements:
Experience with outbound appointment setting or inside sales calls.
Ability and desire to reach goals
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn new software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous leadership experience is not required
Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Part-Time options available
