Job Title: CNC Swiss Setup Technician
Job Description
Join a dynamic team as a CNC Swiss Setup Technician where you will be responsible for setting up and operating Citizen L12, L20, and L3 machines. You will make program edits using ESPRIT software and perform machine setups with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will be crucial in handling various custom and production blueprints, ensuring quality standards are maintained through in-process inspections and monitoring processes.
Responsibilities
Set up Citizen L12, L20, L3 machines efficiently and accurately.
Edit programs using ESPRIT software.
Perform quick and precise machine setups.
Work off custom and production blueprints.
Handle the full machining process including operation, setups, tooling changes, editing programs, loading programs, and troubleshooting.
Maintain quality standards through in-process inspection of parts and monitoring of processes.
Monitor and document operational and performance issues, providing feedback to the supervisor.Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years of CNC Swiss setup experience.
Proficiency in CAD software.
Fluency in G & M code and ability to edit programs.
High-level blueprint reading skills.
Experience with lathe and machining in a machine shop environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong mathematics skills, particularly in shop math.
Experience with measuring tools and numerical control.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $93000.00/yr.
