A dynamic, full-time Property Manager / Assistant Community Manager position is available at a Residential Property Management company in Albany. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent leadership and customer service skills and attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team!

200+ market-rate units. Knowledge of the multifamily property management is required. The properties are small apartment communities and duplexes.

Qualifications / Requirements for this position included:

4-5 years of property management experience required

Leasing and marketing skills required

Resident Retention, work orders, tenant follow-up

Knowledge of leasing

Excellent communication and organization skills are necessary.

Excellent salary and commission are offered to the best candidate.
