Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Shuttle Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently to their designated locations. This role requires excellent driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Duties

Safely operate shuttle vehicles, including vans and cars, to transport passengers to various locations.

Ensure timely departures and arrivals while adhering to scheduled routes.

Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, including heavy lifting of luggage or equipment when necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior.

Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.

Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes in service.

Follow all traffic laws and company policies while driving.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally.

Qualifications

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL not required, but a plus); experience as a van driver or shuttle driver is highly desirable.

Previous experience in limousine, paratransit, school bus driving, or bus driving is a plus.

Strong communication skills to interact positively with passengers and team members.

Ability to perform heavy lifting as required for passenger assistance.

A commitment to safety and punctuality in all driving duties.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
