Job Description

Great opportunity to spend the summer in the city of Boston!

Greet and welcome customers as they arrive

Provide an overview of our beers and answer any questions that guests might have

Pour and serve beer and alcohol beverages as necessary

Ensure all items are entered into the POS system and complete sales transactions

Ensure an exceptional customer experience and whenever necessary resolve concerns using good judgment, professionalism, and courtesy

Maintain an exceptionally clean environment for our guests including wiping down all surfaces, sweeping, mopping, clearing away all empty glassware

Complete all opening and closing procedures

Ensure and instill a safety-first environment for both customers and employees

Ensure responsible serving practices per e-Tips Training and Certification

Assist with off sites events as necessary i.e. Beer Festival, Private Functions, etc.

Complete company provided/mandated beer knowledge training or mentorship as necessary

Accomplish other job related tasks a directed by management Company Description
