Responsibilities

Sell services being offered to potential customers

Draft contracts for customers and manage the entire process from start to finish

Make recommendations for materials to use and safety measures to take

Oversee project management, including tracking budgets and maintaining a database of projects and their progress

Perform field visits and write reports detailing project viability and progress

Qualifications

Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Florida is required

Strong technical background in structural design

Deep knowledge of construction materials and methodologies

Project Management experience

Knowledge of compliance, zoning, and building legislation
