We seek inspiring, results-driven candidates for the Store Manager position. Store Managers lead and manage our stores, ensuring a positive guest experience and creating a compelling store environment. Responsibilities include:

Drive store financial and operational results by monitoring KPIs and taking action to meet targets.

Hire, train, develop, and motivate team members; identify future leaders.

Lead excellent customer service through coaching, role modeling, and feedback.

Maximize sales through product knowledge and coaching.

Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock counts.

Maintain visual standards and store cleanliness.

Protect assets and ensure safety and security compliance.

Maintain accurate records and perform payroll and labor responsibilities.

Develop marketing opportunities and partner on promotional events.

Work traditional retail hours.

Champion the Lolli & Pops brand inside and outside the store.
