Litigation Associate

We have an immediate need for a litigation associate with 2-6 years of experience to reside in the Sarasota office of a top-tier firm, providing litigation support throughout Florida. The role involves managing a diverse and engaging caseload from start to finish. Ideal candidates having experience in construction, financial services, defense, or real property litigation should reach out to us immediately for consideration and to learn more. Candidates should be comfortable drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, handling depositions and dispositive motions. A Florida law license in good standing is required. Full-time in-office. Candidates not residing in Sarasota but interested in relocating should also apply.
