Maintain high reliability for Process Control and Instrumentation equipment and troubleshootrepeatPCT equipmentfailuresandproposesolutionstoimprovereliability

ProvidePCT technicalsupporttotheMaintenanceSuperintendentandMaintenance Planner Scheduler

MaintaincomplianceforPCT inspection and testingprograms(SIS Testing, Instrument LoopTesting and Calibrations, Grounding)

Supervise and control all PCT contractors(engineering and construction) and ensure efficient management of all contractors (engineering and construction).

Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs for new and existing PCT equipment Requirements

BSElectrical Engineering

5-10 years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment

Strong Project Management Experience

Special Skills:

Individual must be aggressive, flexible, be able to handle several projects simultaneously, and cope with stress

Good communication, teamwork and problem solving skills

Familiar with Process Safety Management including Management of Change and HAZOP studies

Experience in managing Capital Projects

Knowledge of the National Electric Code, OSHA, UL and ISA standards

SAP knowledge highly desirable

Compensation: We offer competitive compensation packages, inclusive of a global bonus program and an individual performance bonus program. In accordance with New Jersey state requirements, the established pay range for this position is MIN: $94,700 to Max: $157,800. Please note, the actual compensation may vary based on qualifications and experience.
