Estimator

We are looking for an Estimator responsible for cost calculations to determine how much it will cost to complete a project or provide products and services to its clients.

Our client is a full-service construction management firm specializing in residential new construction, additions/renovations, historical restorations, and LEED construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Perform takeoffs from architectural drawings and specifications

Generate thorough descriptions of materials and fabrications for RFP's

Generate and follow up on RFI's and RFP's using Procore project management software.

Prepare, review, and bid-level supplier and subcontractor proposals and pricing

Deliver estimates and proposals on time, with supporting documentation

Collaborate with project teams as needed throughout estimating process

Requirements:

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-end residential construction estimating.

Technical Interest : Deep understanding of Microsoft Project, Procore, Microsoft Excel, OnScreen Takeoff, Bluebeam.

Organization & Integrity: Communication, High degree of professionalism, Strong work ethic, Strong time Management, Solid organizational skills.
