5+ years of experience in a senior sales role with a focus on B2G (Business-to-Government) and/or B2B (Business-to-Business) sales.
Strong experience selling high-value, consultative solutions rather than transactional deals.
Proven ability to navigate long sales cycles (6+ months) and complex procurement processes.
Experience in handling multi-stakeholder sales, engaging with ministries, education authorities, school networks, and institutional buyers.
Language & Regional Expertise
Fluent in English
Deep understanding of education landscape, including:

Familiarity with grant-funded projects, multi-year contracts, and decision-making processes in education.
Comfortable engaging with C-level executives, procurement officers, and policymakers.
Industry & Product Knowledge
Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, digital learning, or enterprise technology solutions is preferred.
Knowledge of English language learning solutions, curriculum development, or teacher training programs is a plus.
Understanding of how technology adoption works in schools and government-funded education programs.
Sales & Negotiation Skills
Strong consultative selling approach, able to position a value-driven solution rather than just a product.
Excellent negotiation and deal-closing skills, especially in high-stakes, long-term contracts.
Experience building and managing a strong sales pipeline, with a focus on enterprise-level accounts.
Ability to influence complex stakeholder groups, balancing commercial goals with policy-driven decision-making.
