Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing their needs

Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, tracking orders, and answering inquiries

Log customer feedback and ensure organized and efficient operations

Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor, even in challenging situationsYou’ll Need:

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Basic proficiency in computer skills including email, chat, and web-based tools

A high school diploma or GED
