Job Title: Electrical Estimator

Location: Delmar, DE

Salary Range: $70,000 – $100,000 (Based on experience)

Job Type: Full-Time Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Position Overview:

We’re hiring an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team in Delmar, DE. This is a newly added position due to company growth and demand. The right candidate will bring strong estimating skills, an eye for detail, and a commitment to quality and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial electrical construction projects (up to $5 million).

Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scope and requirements.

Complete quantity takeoffs and pricing using Accubid Live Count Cloud and other industry tools.

Maintain and build relationships with general contractors and explore opportunities with new GCs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful handoff and execution of awarded projects.

Evaluate job profitability and assist in identifying opportunities to improve margins.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience estimating commercial electrical projects preferred (office buildings, retail, medical, hotels, and renovations).

Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems and construction processes.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe, Bluebeam Revu, and Accubid Live Count Cloud.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug test.

Strong tenure and a desire to find a long-term home with a growing company.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $70,000 – $100,000 based on experience and qualifications.
