As a Full-Time Resident Assistant at Valley VNA Senior Care, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents in Neenah! You'll provide compassionate personal care, facilitating daily routines and ensuring comfort for retired individuals. Your responsibilities will include organizing engaging social activities that foster community and connection, delivering household assistance to maintain a welcoming environment, and offering nutritional support tailored to each resident's needs. Additionally, you'll be entrusted with medical monitoring and medication administration, empowering you to make a genuine impact on the health and well-being of our residents. To excel as a Full-Time Resident Assistant at Valley VNA Senior Care, you'll need a blend of essential skills and attributes that foster a supportive environment for our residents. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with previous experience in caregiving or a related field, especially working with seniors. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you'll build meaningful relationships with retired individuals and their families. Your ability to assist with personal care tasks and mobility will ensure our residents receive the compassionate support they deserve.

Flexibility is also key; you should be available to work shifts from 6am-6pm, 6am-2pm, or 2pm-10pm. For those interested in part-time hours, we offer a position from 6pm-9pm, allowing students or individuals seeking a second job to find a perfect fit. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in caregiving or a related field - (preferably working with seniors)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to assist with personal care tasks and mobility assistance.

Availability to work either the 6am-6pm

6am-2pm

or 2pm-10pm shift
