Learning Experience Manager (role requires some in office time at our DC corp. office)

We’re looking for a creative, operationally savvy Learning Experience Manager to lead the development of brand-aligned training programs that support our restaurant teams. This role blends instructional design, visual storytelling, and operational training to deliver impactful, scalable learning experiences.

You’ll oversee the design and execution of digital, print, and live-streamed training content, manage our LMS platform, and lead a small team of learning professionals. This position plays a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, driving engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across all learning experiences.

What You’ll Do:

Learning Design & Content Development

Design engaging, scalable learning programs for restaurant leaders and hourly team members

Create visually compelling training materials aligned with our brand (print, digital, video)

Produce and manage live and recorded content, including scriptwriting, direction, and editing

Maintain and evolve our digital knowledge base to support ongoing learning

Learning Systems & Technology

Oversee LMS content management, learner experience, reporting, and vendor relationships

Build tools, processes, and systems that support innovation and scalability

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Brand teams to align training initiatives with business goals

Lead the L&D intake process and manage project tracking and prioritization

Team Leadership & Performance

Establish feedback loops and measure training effectiveness through key performance indicators

The Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, or a related field

Proven experience creating learning programs that reflect strong brand alignment

A strong portfolio showcasing both instructional and graphic design work (required)

Hands-on experience with LMS administration and SCORM-compliant content

Proficiency in design and authoring tools such as Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, or H5P

Strong project management, prioritization, and communication skills

Passion for storytelling, team engagement, and building a learning culture

Experience managing and mentoring a learning team

Background in hospitality or restaurant operations training preferred

Physical Requirements:

Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment

Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details

For certain positions, must be able to occasionally move or transport items up to 50 pounds

Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively

Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable

Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
