Our Completions & Well Intervention business provides intelligent connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our Sales team worked in partnership with our business partners to build loyalty and develop sales growth. As a Sales Manager - CWI, you'll generate business opportunities, consult with customers, and collaborate with internal cross functional teams. With the purpose of generating business opportunities. You'll observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence. Developing strategy for new business and expand existing business within the actual market.
As a Sales Manager - Completions & Well Intervention, you will be responsible for:
Developing sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for customers and / or accounts.
Developing sales and strategy initiatives using your knowledge of competitors to access new markets, customers, and opportunities
Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales
Handling standardized products with pre-defined options requiring simple client advice
Handling diverse clients in assigned region and area

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent
Have at least 3 -5 years’ sales experience in Completions and / or Well Intervention products
Have experience towards upper & lower completions
Have technical knowledge and engineering understanding towards Completions tools
Be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
