Our Cloud Application
Modernization and Infrastructure team is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable IT Senior
Program Manager. In this role, and as
part of the broader Reliability, Architecture, and Infrastructure Services for
the Enterprise (RAISE) organization, you will lead transformation initiatives,
focused on modernizing legacy infrastructure into logical and scalable
environments. You will work closely with application portfolios, system
integration vendors, and collaborate with senior leadership across the organization
to drive strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate has
strong executive communication skills, stakeholder management expertise, and a
foundational understanding of infrastructure and networking. This role is for
you if you are a technology enthusiast, natural problem solver, go getter, and
lead by example through implementing sound agile principles and mentoring
others.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
+ Guide strategic initiatives to migrate, modernize, and optimize applications and data centers.
+ Deliver program outcomes within allocated budget and timeline constraints, ensuring successful delivery of projects while maintaining alignment with business goals.
+ Responsible for program governance functions including, but not limited to, contract compliance, risk tracking and escalations, and change requests.
+ Partner with leaders on transition strategies and manage cross functional dependencies by collaborating with other leaders and staff to obtain information critical to the success of the program.
+ Engage with senior leadership and serve as an escalation point for major projects, preparing and presenting updates for senior leaders, ensuring visibility into program progress, risks, and impact.
+ Drive Agile adoption across initiatives, integrating principles into project workflows.
+ Leverage baseline knowledge in understanding networking, servers, and infrastructure at a strategic level.
+ Oversee program managers and team members executing migrations, demonstrating high sense of urgency, flexibility, and responsiveness.
+ Demonstrate sound judgment, ability to operate in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, performance-oriented environment, as well as make decisions autonomously.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Bachelor’s degree in related field, or commensurate experience
+ 9+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud modernization, or large-scale program management in a variety of IT environments
+ Proven experience leading complex infrastructure programs, including data center transformations and cloud migrations.
+ Strong executive communication skills, capable of presenting to senior leadership.
+ Ability to manage and direct project managers, ensuring alignment with broader program goals.
+ Experience navigating high-stress environments with multiple competing priorities.
+ Familiarity and working with Version1
+ Familiarity with enterprise networking and infrastructure concepts.
+ Demonstrated success in stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and organizational change.
+ Ability to coordinate teams, ensuring seamless program execution.
