Job Description
The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving business growth by managing and developing customer relationships from within our sales office. This position focuses on selling industrial cleaning supplies and solutions to commercial and industrial clients across various sectors, including industrial, ready mix, oil fields, automotive, etc. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-first attitude. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, proactively reaching out to potential customers, recommending appropriate solutions based on client needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish. Your success in this role will directly support the company's mission to provide high-quality, effective cleaning products that meet the highest industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage outbound and occasionally inbound calls and emails to drive revenue growth
Understand and promote our full range of industrial cleaning products and equipment
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Prepare and present quotes, negotiate pricing, and closing sales
Collaborate with operations, purchasing, and customer service teams to fulfill orders
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on customer needs
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsCompany Description
