Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and dependable Bank Teller to join our team. The teller will be responsible for helping customers with basic banking needs while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with deposits, withdrawals, and payments
Handle cash and check transactions accurately
Answer customer questions and direct them to the right department if needed
Balance cash drawer at the end of the day
Process money orders, cashier’s checks, and other routine banking services
Follow bank policies and procedures to ensure account security
Provide a positive and professional banking experience for all customers
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable handling cash and working with numbers
Basic computer skills
