Console Operator

Job Description

Console Operator II needed to support our client’s Enterprise Security Command Center (ESCC) in Charlotte, NC. This critical onsite role ensures the safety and security of employees, property, and operations by monitoring and responding to electronic security systems and incidents across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

Monitor electronic security systems including alarm panels, intrusion detection, surveillance cameras, badge verification, and access control

Respond to alarms, calls, and incidents in a timely and professional manner

Control gate access and validate personnel

Perform data entry and generate incident reports

Use mass notification systems and coordinate with Corporate Communications

Conduct basic investigations, video reviews, and follow-up interviews

Qualifications:

High school diploma / GED and a minimum 3 years of experience in a Security Operations Center, 911 dispatch, law enforcement, or technical support for physical access control systems (e.g., AMAG Symmetry)

Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office

Training & Schedule

All candidates must be able to train on 1st shift for the first 4–6 weeks.

Shifts will be assigned after training is completed

Shifts: Monday – Friday, Tuesday – Saturday, or Wednesday – Sunday

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AMCompany Description
