Forklift Operator — $16–18/hr 12-Hour Shifts Full-Time

Milton, FL Industrial Manufacturing Facility

Job Summary:

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators for a large manufacturing and warehouse facility in Milton, FL. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn great pay while working for a well-established company that offers stability and room to grow!

Schedule & Pay:

Pay: $16–18/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:30 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM)

Hours: ~60 hours per week with overtime potential

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and stack large cable reels and raw materials

Perform safety inspections of equipment before use

Load and unload trucks accurately and efficiently

Maintain organized storage areas

Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of forklift operator experience (handling large/heavy loads preferred)

Forklift certification a plus

Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts on your feet

Strong focus on safety and teamwork
