We are seeking to hire a Leasing Consultant for an Apartment Community with excellent people skills, sales experience, leasing experience, high energy, a positive attitude, and an excellent work ethic, who wants the opportunity to grow with a Property Management Company.
Job Duties:
Duties include leasing, answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations, and administrative projects but are not limited to this.
Requirements:
One year of prior leasing experience is required.
Available to work weekends
Apartment Leasing / Fair Housing
Friendly, energetic, great people skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent phone and in-person sales skills
Motivated and hard-working
OneSite or Yardi experience
Excellent communication skills
Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, Sales and Customer Service
skills.
Professional presentation - friendly, energetic, great people skills.
