Job Description

Program Manager

· Leads end-to-end program execution, managing scope, schedule, cost, and performance across multiple projects.

· Develops and maintains integrated project plans outlining goals, milestones, risks, staffing, and resource allocation.

· Facilitates Agile practices across teams, supporting planning sessions, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily standups.

· Oversees day-to-day project operations, assigns responsibilities, and monitors progress to ensure high-quality, timely delivery.

· Ensures alignment with Agile frameworks and agency standards throughout the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

· Interfaces with client leadership, stakeholders, and vendors to coordinate priorities and communicate program health.

· Serves as the primary point of contact for program communications, status updates, and issue escalation.

· Reviews and validates deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards and stakeholder expectations.

· Tracks team performance, resource utilization, and financials (e.g., level of effort, time, and expenses).

· Leads risk management activities to identify, mitigate, and communicate issues and dependencies proactively.

· Maintains accurate and current documentation of project plans, decisions, and outcomes.

· Promotes a culture of continuous improvement through team feedback, lessons learned, and process enhancements.

· Communicates complex or sensitive information effectively across teams and leadership levels.

· Delivers clear, informative presentations and reports on project milestones, risks, and results.

· Enforces compliance with established policies, procedures, and Agile best practices.Company Description
