We are seeking a highly motivated and spiritually grounded sales professional to promote and sell memberships and benefits for the Christian Business Partnership (CBP). This role requires a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, active church involvement, and a passion for connecting faith and business. The ideal candidate will be a proven closer with excellent communication and presentation skills who can confidently articulate the value of our Chamber to Christian business leaders across the state.
Reports to: CBP Business Development Director
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Compensation: Full-time, Salaried/Exempt; Commensurate with Experience
Location: CCV Office in Columbus, Ohio, with occasional statewide travel

Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate leads and engage Christian business owners and professionals.
Present and sell memberships and benefit packages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and members.
Conduct one-on-one meetings, virtual presentations, and attend Christian business networking events.
Meet or exceed monthly membership and sales targets.
Represent the Partnership’s mission with integrity and faithfulness in all interactions.
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity reports.
Consistently make 200+ calls per week.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
Skills and Experience
Demonstrated success in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven.
Passion for Christian business and marketplace ministry.
Familiarity with the Christian business community in Ohio is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM software and digital tools is a plus.
Ability to take direction and pivot initiatives quickly and efficiently.
Character and Spiritual
Mature Christian, currently attending or pursuing attendance in a local church.
Agreement with and adherence to CCV’s Statement of Faith and Code of Conduct.
Demonstrated commitment to CCV’s mission and position on Core Issues.
Ability to work discreetly with confidential information.
Trustworthy, responsible, tactful, diplomatic, and focused on building consensus rather than emphasizing differences.
