Position Overview:

Selectors are responsible for operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, selecting the correct products from warehouse racking, labeling products using SOS label technology, palletizing products as it is selected to build customer orders, and delivering products to the dock in a safe and efficient manner. A Selector selects orders within various warehouse environments of fluctuating temperatures, including Dry, Cooler, and Freezer, operates assigned SOS unit to create labels, correctly places labels on product, stacks product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures, stages pallets for loading on proper dock locations, stretch-wraps product on loading dock, maintains and safely operates all assigned equipment, including but not limited to pallet jack, SOS unit, and personal protective equipment, and performs pre and post-trip inspections of equipment.

Required Skills:

-Crown or Raymond Electric Pallet Jack.

-Selecting.

-Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English as it relates to the job and safety requirements.

-Basic arithmetic skills.

-Adequate physical fitness to lift up to 100lbs regularly.
