Senior - Supervisor - Public Accountant

$75-100,000 DOE

Quality, professional, and growing CPA firm is seeking experienced Accountants with Public Accounting experience to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for tax preparation and review along with compilation and accounting for a diverse group of clients - corporations, partnerships in a variety of industries and individual tax returns. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years public accounting experience, a degree in accounting and be working towards or have obtained the CPA. Additional requirements include:

· Tax preparation and review experience with personal and business tax returns;

· Working knowledge of bookkeeping and GAAP financial statement preparation;

· Experience with CCH Axcess and CCH Engagement and PPC for financial statement preparation or similar software;

· Experience interacting with clients and taxing authority representatives;

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a collaborative approach with co-workers and clients;

· The client is an in-office firm - 40 hours/week outside of tax season and gradual ramp up during tax season;

· Summer Fridays Memorial Day thru Labor Day, the office closes at 3 pm;
