We are seeking a working Engineering Manager with expertise in deep draw metal manufacturing and SolidWorks to lead their engineering department. You’ll establish scalable processes, drive innovation, and help shape the future of our operations. This role is vital to the organization’s high-volume, high-tolerance production, ensuring precision, compliance, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate:

Has 5+ years of experience in deep draw metal manufacturing and high-volume production, strong SolidWorks proficiency, and knowledge of environmental and materials compliance regulations. Experience with supplier compliance, precious metals accounting, and leadership in an engineering or manufacturing setting is highly valued. This candidate must possess working, hands on solid works knowledge. A bachelor’s degree in engineering (electrical, mechanical, or related field) is preferred, but 10+ years of engineering experience will also be considered.
