You’ll collaborate with a tight-knit team of Project Managers, Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Clients—keeping everyone aligned and projects on track. You are the glue!

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing the preparation and tracking of submittals, RFIs, and change orders

Supporting the team with project scheduling and budget monitoring

Maintaining clear and organized documentation throughout each project phase

Serving as a communication hub between field, office, and external partners

Helping to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery

What We’re Looking For

7+ years experience in project coordination / administration, preferably in construction or a strong interest in the industry

Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly in a deadline-driven environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
