Lead Java Developer (W2 Hiring)

Contract to Hire

Must Have: Java 17/21, Springboot, Microservices, Cassandra, Strong API, (Kafka, Flink, Spark or MapReduce or Streaming background)

Nice to Have: Banking or Financial background

Roles and Responsibilities:

10+Years of experience

Strong experience in Core Java versed in Java 11 & 17, Object Oriented Programming

Hands-on development in current role

Tech lead/design experience

SQL/relational data models with experience in Cassandra, Cockroach and noSQL structure a plus.

Knowledge of container based development, orchestration, micro services frameworks and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, Swagger) is a plus

Experience in streaming / aggregation frameworks (Storm, Spark) is a plus

Banking and payments domain background is a plus.

Pay Range: $X75 - $82

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
