What your day will look like:

Lead by example and uphold company values and ISO 9001 standards.

Coach employees in continuous improvement and quality practices.

Manage customer and mill claims.

Oversee vendor non-conformance reports (VNCs).

Ensure proper handling and review of all non-conforming materials.

Set and share quality objectives regularly.

Analyze trends, lead quality meetings, and ensure best practices

Define quality department goals and resource needs.

Collaborate with leadership on department growth.

Participate in hiring, training, and discipline of quality staff.

Guide onboarding and ensure cultural alignment.

Ensure measurement tools are certified, maintained, and staff is trained in their use.

Provide weekly performance updates.

Identify and implement efficiency improvements with management support.

What we are looking for:

High school diploma or equivalent

3+ years’ experience in a Quality Manager setting

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and Quality Management Systems

Experience leading corrective actions, internal audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
