Summary
Bacon Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric is seeking a passionate and qualified Project Coordinator. The Bacon Project Coordinators work closely with their dispatcher(s) and Call-by-Call Manager to ensure operations run smoothly and all jobs are completed efficiently and accurately. The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Job Responsibilities
Permit Coordination: Responsible for obtaining all necessary city permits for applicable jobs.
Purchase Orders: Assign and manage purchase orders for all jobs.
Debrief Management: Complete debrief forms after each technician call, based on the Call-by-Call Manager’s review.
Job Readiness: Verify that all necessary steps and checks are completed to ensure each job is ready for execution.
Scheduling: Schedule installations and inspections in ServiceTitan, as required.
Inspection Communication: Notify Call-by-Call Managers of scheduled inspections to keep technicians and customers informed.
Technician Communication: Ensure technicians update customers regarding upcoming inspections.
Customer Follow-Up: Conduct "Happy Calls" after each completed job to ensure a 5-Star customer experience.
Dispatch Communication: Provide technician status updates to dispatchers to facilitate timely customer communication.
Warranty Management: Update and process warranty registrations and extended warranty options for sales.
Payment & Financing: Ensure customer payments are collected and financing documents are properly completed and uploaded upon job completion.
Payroll Verification: Confirm 100% payroll accuracy in ServiceTitan for each job.
Payroll Processing: Process weekly payroll for service technicians.
Job Close-Out: Verify all job data in ServiceTitan is complete and accurate prior to job closeout and ensure readiness for export to Accounting within 24 hours of completion.
Performance Monitoring: Track technician performance and collaborate with Call-by-Call Managers to estimate job durations.
Reporting: Document outcomes of each service call and generate summary reports for senior management.
Additional Duties: Perform other job-related tasks as assigned.
