Civil Engineer
Description:
Spherion is working with an established multi-disciplinary engineering firm in NJ to help them hire a Civil Engineer with 5-7 years of experience and an active PE license.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-respected firm and contribute to diverse site/civil and infrastructure projects across NJ and the tri-state region.
What You’ll Do:
️ Design site layout, grading, utilities, drainage & erosion control
️ Manage projects from design through construction
️ Prepare permitting documents & interface with regulatory agencies
️ Mentor junior staff & collaborate with cross-functional teams
️ Conduct site visits & construction oversight
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (PE license required)
5-7 years of civil/site engineering experience
AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
Strong understanding of local/state/federal permitting
Excellent communication and project management skills
