Title: Generative AI Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Develop Generative AI Models using GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based architectures
Optimize Model Performance for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy in real-world applications
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams including product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and implement solutions
Document Models and Workflows with clear and comprehensive technical documentation
Explain AI Concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a concise and impactful way
Mentor and Support Junior Engineers, offering technical leadership and guidance
Integrate AI Models into Systems, aligning with business goals and existing tech infrastructure
Perform Data Preprocessing and Analysis, including cleaning, feature extraction, and model input preparation
Required Skills & Knowledge:
Strong academic or professional background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning
Expert proficiency in Python and strong grasp of data structures and algorithms
Extensive experience in Machine Learning & Deep Learning with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
Deep expertise in Generative AI, including GANs, VAEs, and transformer-based models
Solid experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) for text-based generation models
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
