*Must come from a manufacturing background have experience in leading ERP implementations and teaching/training (functional not technical)*
Must-Haves:
Use of or implementation experience of any MRP or ERP IT Systems (Has to have true manufacturing experience).
EX: Syteline/SAP/JD Edwards/Dynamics 365/QAD
QAD – upgrading from 2014 to 2024
Experience with enterprise systems, particularly with:
--Receiving Process – Manual and ASN transaction
--Return to Vendor
--Lot control and labeling
Knowledge and experience with enterprise systems, specializing in Quote to Demand and Plan to Fulfill
5+ years of related experience in distribution, manufacturing, materials, logistics and/or finance and operations management and analysis.
Strong communication and presentation skills

Day-to-Day:
The client will implement an updated Enterprise Resource Planning system. As an ERP Workstream Lead you will be part of the team that implements this system. You will be responsible for learning and becoming a subject matter expert who is able to support the project manager and team in driving the project forward to complete deliverables and tasks. You will need to identify, track, and escalate issues; facilitate project team members in problem solving, participate in ERP process design sessions, the configuration, testing and go live, as well as training the key users at the different areas of the organization.
After the system implementation, the Workstream Lead will be responsible for supporting the business, providing training, and ensure the system is functioning as intended.
You will participate in ERP process design sessions, the configuration, testing and go live, as well as training the key users at the different areas of the client’s locations. This role will be based out of the Reynoldsburg, OH office. The team will move on to the remaining 14 locations located throughout the America’s region.
After the implementation, the Workstream Lead will support the business with change requests, provide training and ensure the implemented system is functioning as intended.
Knowledge and experience with IT enterprise systems
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Design Management (PDM) systems
