Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients and stakeholders to conceptualize and refine design objectives
Develop comprehensive architectural plans for commercial and residential projects
Oversee project budgets, material selections, and detailed specifications
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and construction teams, ensuring seamless project execution
Qualifications & Expertise
Professional licensure as a registered architect
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop for drafting and visualization
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide project teams and engage stakeholders
