My client is seeking a Structural Engineer with 5+ years of experience and an entrepreneurial mindset to help grow our Structural Department in Scottsdale, Arizona. This hybrid role is ideal for a self-starter with strong communication skills, self-discipline, a willingness to learn, and adaptability.

Basic Qualifications

B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Strong attention to detail and self-motivation

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Licensed Structural Engineer (S.E.)

Experience managing teams and projects

Proficiency in Revit
