Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactiveTest Automation Engineerto drive the transformation of our testing function into a streamlined, efficient, and intelligent quality engineering practice. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing accuracy, control, and overall software integrity through modern quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your day-to-day activities will focus on evolving predictive and automated testing strategies, leveraging innovative tools and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate independently and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in test automation.

Actively contribute to team discussions and decision-making processes.

Develop and maintain robust, reusable automated test scripts.

Execute test cases, analyze results, and ensure test coverage.

Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.

Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Remain current on industry trends, emerging tools, and test automation strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have:

Expert-level proficiency inPython, with a strong grasp of writing clean, modular, and object-oriented code.

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experiencein Python development.

Solid experience intest automation frameworks, particularly theRobot Framework.

Familiarity withRobot Framework libraries, such asSeleniumLibrary,RequestsLibrary, etc.

Strongexception handlingskills within both Robot Framework and Python.

In-depth understanding oflocator strategies(e.g., XPath, CSS Selectors, dynamic elements).

Proven ability totroubleshoot and debugautomation issues efficiently.

Good to Have:

Experience withSelenium WebDriver.

Exposure toSalesforceapplication testing.

Knowledge ofCI/CD toolsand pipeline integration.
