We're looking for a dynamic, experienced professional with a deep understanding of community needs and a strong track record in program or project management-especially in nonprofit or social service settings.
What You'll Do
Program Development & Management
Design, implement, and evaluate impactful program strategies tailored to income-qualified communities.
Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring effective, efficient, and equitable service delivery.
Track and report on performance metrics, continuously improving outcomes.
Solve problems proactively and drive innovation to enhance program reach and effectiveness. Financial Oversight
Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring transparency and compliance.
Monitor expenditures and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders. Community Engagement & Partnerships
Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with community-based organizations, government agencies, and nonprofits.
Represent the program at public events, building awareness and fostering trust.
Lead outreach initiatives to expand access and build stronger community ties. Client-Centered Services
Champion high-quality, respectful, and culturally competent client services.
Ensure ethical standards, confidentiality, and support are consistently upheld. Compliance & Reporting
Maintain full compliance with all regulatory, contractual, and grant requirements.
Lead audit preparation and manage accurate data reporting processes. What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Human Services, or related field (Master's preferred).
Proven leadership experience in program or project management, especially in low-income assistance or community services.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills-you're a connector, influencer, and trusted voice.
Deep understanding of the barriers faced by low-income communities.
Strong fiscal management and data analysis capabilities.
Experience working across diverse populations and with multiple stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program data systems.
Pay up to $68.43 per hour
