Training & Development Specialist

We're looking for an energetic and engaging Training & Development Specialist to support and elevate the performance of our on-site teams.

In this role, you'll design and deliver impactful training programs, support new initiatives, and help drive excellence across our communities. Your ability to coach, communicate, and create will be key to developing top-tier talent and enhancing our company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate training sessions in-person and remotely for new hires and current team members.

Design and update engaging training materials, assessments, and support tools.

Support new processes and technology rollouts with training and implementation.

Evaluate leasing performance and coach staff toward skill growth and consistency.

Coordinate all logistics for instructor-led trainings, including scheduling, materials, and setup.

Create progress reports and maintain tracking systems for ongoing learning programs. Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

2-5 years of on-site property management experience (Leasing or higher).

Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Office 365, Yardi, RentCafe, ILM, and YieldStar.

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required.

ARM, CPM, CAM, or IREM designations a plus.

Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
