The selected Strategic Sourcing Specialist II candidate will join the Mechanical Assembly team in the Government Center of Excellence, supporting the end-to-end cycle of FAR15 proposals and subcontracts for key Honeywell programs. Starting with proposals, fulfillment of the sales order, and ending with negotiating long-term agreements with suppliers. The Strategic Sourcing Specialist II will help drive the completion of compliant FAR15 packages and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment with program requirements.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execute FAR15 subcontracts IAW FAR, DFARS and applicable regulations.

Support negotiations (price, terms & conditions)

Manage key program suppliers.

Build supplier strategies to enable the best overall value to Honeywell

COMPENSATION:

The Salary range for this position is $67K - $95K. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.

YOU MUST HAVE

A minimum of 3 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, L&C, Business, or Finance

US Person due to contractual requirements

WE VALUE

Bachelor's Degree

DoD procurement subcontracting experience (FAR15)

Detailed understanding of DoD Procurement Life Cycle

Experience with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations

Strong negotiation skills and processes

Supply chain experience

Procurement experience within defense, aerospace, or similar industry

Experience managing subcontracts FFP, CP, CPIF, etc.

Experience with Truthful Cost or Pricing Data (TCPD)

Ability to understand and negotiate terms and conditions
