SAP GTS E4H Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP GTS E4H Consultant with deep functional and technical expertise in Global Trade Solutions.

The role involves analyzing business requirements, designing cross-functional solutions, configuring SAP systems, and participating in implementation, testing, and migration projects.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to delivering enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications.

Design cross-functional solutions and evaluate new technology options.

Configure SAP applications, execute unit, integration, and acceptance testing, and support data conversions.

Participate in the design and execution of enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives across Global Trade functions (e.g., Denied Party Screening, Embargo, Licensing, Classification, etc.).

Integrate SAP ECC with Global Trade Solutions.

Lead and participate in SAP GTS E4H implementation and migration projects.

Collaborate with data analytics tools like Hadoop and Tableau to support dashboard creation.

Provide technical guidance and support for resolving complex system issues.

Contribute to project and practice initiatives including documentation, knowledge sharing, and training. Required Qualifications:

Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in configuring SAP GTS E4H with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.

At least one successful migration from SAP GTS 11 to E4H.

Experience integrating SAP ECC with SAP GTS.

Strong understanding of Onesource Global Trade Solution modules.

Demonstrated experience in promoting changes to production and managing associated testing methodologies.

Strong analytical and multitasking capabilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently and manage deliverables proactively.

Experience in functional specification writing, and testing of Hadoop tables and Tableau dashboards. Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Traditional).

Experience with requirement gathering and technical estimation methods.

Knowledge of business and technical research and domain-specific solution architecture.
