POSITION SUMMARY:
The Graphic Designer role will work closely with the Marketing Team to develop new marketing materials, presentations, sales support materials, and collateral to support overall business development initiatives. Additionally, this role will support the needs associated with properties in the SFM Network and future SFM brands. You'll be joining a fun, fast-paced team. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Create finished marketing and sales materials to support business development initiatives
Create multi-page documents in InDesign
Work with outside vendors for special projects (videos, website, etc.)
Uphold SF CO's brand standards and create consistency across materials
Innovate new materials, infographics, and other materials
Project management of requests, workload, and on-time delivery
Follows process/approval and helps create internal policies/procedures
Utilizes working best practices for Adobe Creative Suite and digital asset management
Contributes to team, strategy, and culture
Plans and prepares work by gathering information and materials necessary
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's preferred in graphic design, related fields, or equivalent experience preferred
1-3 years of professional graphic design experience
Experienced graphic designer with attention to detail, strong layout skills, and infinitely creative
Able to self-manage to meet deadlines, communicate pro-actively, and collaborate
Self-starter and team player who embraces both aggressive individual and department sales goals
Expert level command Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Bridge. Video editing a plus.
Experienced in WordPress and ability to make website edits. HTML coding a plus
Collaborative and able to develop interpersonal working relationships with senior leadership and support staff alike
An optimist able to find solutions, cut through clutter, and find a 'win' in any situation
Amiable, humble, and hungry to take on the next adventure with the best team in the industry
