Job Responsibilities:
Oversight (EOR) for the preparation of mechanical drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications and calculations.
Leading MEP Mechanical Design Projects for buildings in the commercial, medical, education, transportation, hospitality, retail, and other industries.
Provide guidance and lead other mechanical designers
Develop and execute business with new and existing clients
Provide construction administration & site observations related to your projects. Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent
10+ years of experience in MEP design
10+ years of experience in the commercial A/E engineering field
PE License Required
Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems in healthcare, educational, and commercial sectors.
Thorough Knowledge of industry codes and standards
Great Communication Skills Bonus:
Showcase background of increasing leadership in the commercial A/E engineering field
Experience with REVIT
Experience with Trane Trace 700
Experience with EnergyPlus Energy Modeling™
