Responsibilities:

Project management & documentation: You will plan and manage site-specific and cross-plant development and digitization projects - and always keep track of the documentation.

Innovative strength in production systems: Support the development and further development of production systems and production aids and coordinate closely with production and our suppliers.

Focus on technology: You will identify and implement state-of-the-art technologies for control and production planning - with a focus on digitalization and automation.

Lean Assessments: Conduct Lean Assessments, analyze the results, and ensure consistent follow-up.

Standards & Method Development: Develop standards and methods for process optimization and work on their implementation across departments.

Strategic site development: Support the site and department managers in the strategic alignment and further development of the production system.

Cooperation & Networking: Work closely with colleagues at other locations and with customers and actively contribute your knowledge to our network. Qualifications:

Education: Completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering, digitization or a related field.

Language Skills: Very good knowledge of German and English as well as a willingness to travel round off your profile.

Technical know-how: Experience in metal processing and manufacturing technologies, ideally complemented by knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodology.

Project management expertise: Sovereign project management experience as well as in-depth knowledge of the use of MS Office, Power BI and digitization tools.

Strong communicators and team-oriented: You are a team player with high communication skills and a willingness to get involved in a global network
