Job Title: Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS)

Location: Sylmar, CA

Department/Unit: Clinical Laboratory

Salary Range: $35 to $40 per hour

Shift: Day Shift (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)

Schedule: Monday to Friday with rotating weekends

Duration: Full-time, expected hours: 40 per week

Elitecare Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) to join our team in Sylmar, CA. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 2 years of CLS experience and is committed to providing high-quality laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities

Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures with precision and accuracy.

Analyze and interpret laboratory results, ensuring compliance with established protocols.

Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Adhere to safety and quality control standards in all laboratory activities.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide timely and accurate test results.

Document and report discrepancies or abnormal results promptly.

Participate in training and mentoring of laboratory staff as needed.Requirements

1 to 2 years of experience as a Clinical Lab Scientist (preferred).

Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Certificate or diploma in Clinical Laboratory Science.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a religious exemption letter.

Strong laboratory experience and understanding of laboratory protocols.Skills

Proficient in laboratory techniques and equipment operation.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
