Digital Marketing Manager
Location: In-Person (Lakewood, New Jersey)

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience, and Comprehensive Benefits
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who's both a strategic thinker and a hands-on executor. You'll lead the charge on multi-channel campaigns that span paid ads, social, email, SEO, content strategy, and reputation management - all with a passion for out-of-the-box thinking and creativity.
Working closely with the Director of Marketing, you'll help build a scalable, data-informed digital presence that reflects the compassion and excellence we're known for in healthcare. If you're passionate about experimenting, optimizing, and seeing results in real time, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Plan and manage campaigns across organic social, paid media, email marketing, SEO, and content strategy
Monitor brand reputation and lead initiatives to improve public perception
Oversee campaign execution from creative brief to analytics reporting
Use tools like Meta Ads Manager, Agorapulse, and Canva
Stay current on algorithm shifts, platform updates, and industry trends
Content creation (e.g., copywriting, graphic design, or short-form video)
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, creative environment Desired Qualifications
4-6 years of digital marketing experience with cross-channel ownership
Strong knowledge of social media advertising, content strategy, and email marketing
Experience using marketing analytics to drive insights and improve ROI
Excellent project management and communication skills
Healthcare industry experience a plus, but not required Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Plus!)
Familiarity with SEO/SEM tools (e.g., Semrush, Moz, GA4)
Experience in healthcare, senior living, or similar industries
